Delete your LabelWise: Food Label Scanner account

Which app this page is for

This page explains how to delete your account in LabelWise: Food Label Scanner, the app published by Apexmart Internet on Google Play (package com.safechoice.safechoice) and on the App Store (app ID 6781004977). The app was previously called SafeChoice.

How to request deletion

Email Apexmart Internet at aarizrasheed2345@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my LabelWise account". You don't need a password or a login. The app never asked you for an email address, so the request itself is how we start.

So we can find the right account, include as much of this as you can:

• Whether you use iPhone or Android
• Roughly when you first opened the app
• The name you entered during setup, if you gave one
• Your App Store or Google Play order ID, if you ever subscribed

What gets deleted

Once we've matched your account, we delete it and everything linked to it from our servers:

• The anonymous account the app created when you first opened it
• Your setup answers, such as goals and dietary focus
• Your scan history, including the product photos and results
• Your messages with the in-app AI assistant

How long it takes

We confirm by email when we receive your request, and we finish the deletion within 30 days. We'll reply again when it's done.

Deletion is permanent. We can't restore your scans or chat history afterwards.

What we can't delete

Payments go through Apple and Google, and RevenueCat records whether a subscription is active. Apple and Google keep their own purchase records under their own policies, and we don't control those.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you may keep being charged.

Removing data yourself in the app

You can delete single scans at any time: swipe an item away in History, or open a plate and tap delete. Each one is removed from our servers as well as your phone.

Uninstalling the app removes it from your phone, but it doesn't delete the account data on our servers. Use the email request above for that.
