There is no contact form on this site, deliberately: a form would mean collecting and storing your details, and this site is built to collect nothing. Email keeps the exchange between you and us.

Reporting a correction

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send us, and we would rather hear about an error than leave it published. Food regulations change, manufacturers reformulate, and a guide that was right last year can be wrong today.

To make a correction quick to act on, please include:

• The page URL, or the additive code and page title
• The sentence or table row that is wrong
• What it should say instead
• A source if you have one, such as a regulator page, a certification body, or a photograph of the current package label

App support

For problems with the LabelWise mobile app itself, such as scanning, accounts, subscriptions, or refunds, the developer support channels on the store listings are the fastest route, and refunds in particular can only be handled by Apple or Google.

The official listings are the App Store entry for LabelWise: Food Scanner under app ID 6781004977, and the Google Play entry under package name com.safechoice.safechoice. Several similarly named scanner apps exist, so it is worth checking those identifiers.

Privacy questions

Privacy questions about the website can go to the same address. As set out in the privacy policy, the site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and holds no personal data, so most access or deletion requests have a short answer. Data held by the mobile app is described on the store listings under Apple's privacy labels and Google Play's Data safety section.

What we cannot help with

We cannot tell you whether a specific product is safe for your allergy, your pregnancy, your medical condition, or your religious observance. That is not modesty, it is the honest limit of a reference site: we cannot see your medical history, and we cannot verify the current formulation of the package in your hand.

For those questions the right sources are the manufacturer, a relevant certification body, official public health guidance, and a qualified professional or religious authority.
